To certain postcodes we offer an affordale road courier service utilising a range of systems. ETA’s for delivery will be shown at checkout.  No delivery to post offices and signature on delivery is a requirement.
Depending on the area you live we will use different couriers (but ones that we trust). When your parcel is dispatched, you will be sent a confirmation email with the tracking number.
We endeavour to ship orders as soon as we can, dependant on whether our items are In stock in our shop or whether they are on their way from our manufacturing plant. (Backorder). We might ship sooner if we do have them, and then shipping times will fall on the Couriers standard shipping policies.

BACKORDER means that we are waiting for containers of our toys to arrive from our manufacturing plant. We will try to always have each toy in stock, but this is not always 100% possible if there are delays in the manufacturing process.
We might send your order in separate parcels, should we have something in stock to send, while we wait for backorders/handmade products.

What if I have a specific date I need an item?

If you need your order before a specific time or date, please leave a note at the checkout process so we can clearly see when the order is required for – or email us at sales@plushstuffedtoys.com.au / or use the Contact Us Form on our website.

We promise you to do our best to get your order out to you as fast as possible.


We deliver worldwide.  If your country is not listed please contact us on sales@plushstuffedtoys.com.au so that we can process your order manually.
Please make sure the Shipping address you use is where you wish items to end up!

Our prices are in Australian Dollars, and do not include any customs or import charges your own country or the country you are shipping too may levy. Please check before ordering your items. Refer to our Terms for details on re-stocking fees if shipments are refused customs payments by the recipients.
We do not ship to AFP/FPO Addresses at this stage.

Tracking instructions are clearly marked on your despatch notice email. Please re-read before contacting us with tracking requests to avoid delays due to time differences.

Customs and charges

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or postage charges.

These charges are the buyer’s or recipients responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (postal) company or when you pick the item up.
Please do not confuse them for additional post charges, we have already paid full shipping costs before your toys left Australia.
As we are a genuine business, we are not able to mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” – Australian Government & International regulations prohibit such behavior, we suggest if sending as a gift to the EU countries, you take delivery of the package and ship it yourself through the post office, as personally sent parcels seem to dodge the extra charges more succesfully than ones sent from a business account with Australia Post. If you have further questions about gifts, please call us on 1300 786 345 to discuss before purchasing.
British and UK Customers and other customers shipping to the UK as gifts can read more over at the U.K. Govt Website on Imports.
If your parcel is showing HELD by Royal Mail (U.K) parcels, details on clearing the parcel through Customs can be found on the Parcel Force Website.
Parcels refused by the customer due to customs charges and returned to us will incur a flat AU AU $10.00 restocking fee and initial postage charges will not be refunded.


Parcels returned to us for any reason, such as an incorrect address, item not being claimed by you, etc will incur a AU $10.00 return postage fee (this only partially covers the return postage charges that we are charged). Please note this fee will be deducted from any refund you receive, or will need to be paid along with the new postage fee before re-sending your item.

FOR GIFTS – please just add a note at checkout stating it is a Gift (and if you let us know who it’s from – granny, nana etc – and who it’s to, we’ll put a special gift card in the parcel for you).  No invoices/pricing go into our parcels for Gifts.


Need something really quick? No problem, we happy for you to pick up from the warehouse. Just Contact Us to arrange or use the Coupon Code for Free Shipping at Checkout (GOLDCOAST).  If you’ve paid shipping on our website but collect local, we’ll refund you the shipping.

There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate.

Refunds and Repairs

The products offered for sale on this Website are made to a customers specific order. No refunds are offered. In cases of a manufacturing fault, items can be returned for replacement/repair. For further information on replacements or replace please refer to our ‘Info’ page.

International Customs Charges

Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. We do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and we will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
