Credit Card
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & JCB for online purchases, as well as Eftpos, ShopPay, Google Pay and ApplePay. We do not store credit card details and the data you enter is securely encrypted so you can shop with complete confidence.
PayPal
We also accept online payments via PayPal. When selecting PayPal at checkout, you will be directed to their portal and your payment will be processed directly through PayPal.

Our change of mind policy
We are convinced you will love your new furry friend. However, in the unlikely event that you change your mind, within 30 days from date of purchase we are happy to offer you an exchange, refund or credit for change of mind, provided the item is in ‘as new’ condition and is accompanied with the proof of purchase (a copy of your email order confirmation). All refunds will be issued via the same channel as the original payment. If you don't apply the correct postage on your return you will have the shipping and handling fee deducted from the total value being returned to you. Our address for returns is Bocchetta Plush Toys, 1/17 Rothcote Court, Burleigh Heads, QLD 4220. If you want to exchange for another animal, please include a note which one you are after. If there is a price difference, we will either credit the difference or send a payment link for the additional charge.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect products
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us at info@bocchettaplushtoys.com, and we will be happy to assist you. Please provide proof of purchase when returning a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item.
Bocchetta Plush Toys retains the right to make changes to the design of our animals without notice. If you do not like these changes and would like to return the item, our change of mind policy applies.
Lost parcels
Neither we, nor shipping providers (like Australia Post), take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. We strongly recommend that you take out shipping insurance to protect your parcels against all eventualities.
