Bocchetta plush toys are manufactured to international safety standards, using ethical production and materials. Our premium-quality toys are not mass-produced - they are handmade with care to last. 

We believe that the hands crafting our plush toys deserve respect, fair wages, and safe working conditions. By prioritizing the welfare of our artisans, we aim to spread the warmth and happiness that our soft toys bring to the end-users to everyone involved in their creation.

Our factories subscribe to the ICTI Ethical Toy Program which requires them to uphold standards that support the rights and well-being of factory workers.  This includes an audit process which covers business ethics, discrimination, disciplinary practices, employee representation, employment practices, environmental and chemical safety, modern day slavery, safety, underage labour, wages and working hours.

We are committed to ensuring that the joy our products bring is not at the expense of the environment or the welfare of animals. Our journey begins with a dedication to responsible sourcing.  Every material that goes into our plush toys is carefully selected, with a priority on ethical manufacturing processes, cruelty-free practices, and sustainable sourcing.  We fill our plush toys with 100% recycled and recyclable PET stuffing. The company that produces our filling currently provides income for thousands of “waste collectors” and diverts over 90,000 tons of waste from the already overflowing landfill sites.  They hold Planet Mark Certification which ensures optimum reduction in carbon emission per year.

We also commit to the durability and safety of our products.  Our toys are designed and manufactured with longevity in mind, reducing the environmental impact of constant replacements. Additionally, we adhere to stringent safety standards, ensuring that our toys are delightful and also safe.
